Between the hours of 2 AM and 5 AM the freeways of Los Angeles County regain their former efficiency and it becomes possible to drive anywhere in the county in about twenty to thirty minutes. This is the task that I am currently considering: Utilize this window of time and watch the sunrise from the Santa Monica Pier and take it from there.
